Q. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A. We will try to process your order as quickly as possible. Generally it is delivered within 14 working days.

Q. What will the delivery charge be?
A. Delivery charges do vary. Factors affecting the delivery charge are:
1. Size & weight of goods
2. Destination of goods
Our Phone Operators will confirm the delivery fee at the time you place an order.

Q. What do I do if I want to collect my goods from a Harris Scarfe store?
A. The Phone Operator will transfer you to your nearest store where your order will be taken.

Q. What if items on my order have sold out? Will you ring me?
A. If we have sold out of the item(s) you have ordered we will send you a letter to explain the status of your order (usually within 14 business days). The letter will clearly explain whether we are Sold Out of the item(s) and are unable to secure additional quantities, or whether we have placed the item(s) on Back Order, which means that our Buyers have placed another order to meet the high demand from Phone Orders.

Q. Can I Layby over the phone?
A. Yes you can. If you wish to Layby over the phone and pick up from a store, then we will transfer your call to your nearest store.

If you would like your goods delivered, then the delivery fee will be quoted to you at the time of placing your Layby order. When your final payment has been received by us, then we will dispatch your order to you.
